I love to cook and most of my dishes always have an African twist that stems from my upbringing in Africa. Most dishes have a story and cultural context, In this show I explore and discuss them

Here at Cooking with Nanu, our African continent serves as a canvas of unique and very tasty flavors. Here you’ll find recipes, from the Spicy, sweet to savory, that are easy to make and I will also share stories about some of the dishes I will be making.

My goal is for you to not only learn how to prepare and enjoy the food but to understand the unique African journey of that food to the table. I also don’t want you to go crazy in the process-that’s why you’ll see a heavy focus on meal prep, It’s a total time saver.
